As loans meeting your criteria become available, we'll contact you with
details so you can decide in which loans you will choose to invest.

After you commit to invest in a loan, we'll send you the appropriate
paperwork and create the trust deed that secures that loan.

The closing attorney provides for servicing of the loan to assure that
interest is paid to you as it is received from the borrower.
